Brian Ross Gustman attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2015. During law school, Mr. Gustman interned at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where he helped with the prosecution of various criminal cases which contained criminal allegations involving drugs, assault, and DWI.

Mr. Gustman received his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Stony Brook in 2004. Mr. Gustman began his legal career at Omrani & Taub, P.C. in 2006.  He started at Omrani & Taub as a paralegal. In 2012, Mr. Gustman decided that it was time to attend law school in order to enhance his focus in the area of personal injury litigation. In 2017 Mr. Gustman decided it was time to open his own practice. What sets Mr. Gustman apart from many other attorneys in his field is his genuine concern for the client. Mr. Gustman’s motto is “always put the client first.”

He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey. Mr. Gustman is a member of the New York State Bar Association and served as President of the Federalist Society as student chapter at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Jared Firestone   of Counsel

Jared Firestone earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. As a member of the Divorce Mediation Clinic at Cardozo, Mr. Firestone worked in assisting pro bono clients with family law and divorce matters.

Upon graduation, Mr. Firestone passed the Florida Bar, and worked as an associate practicing personal injury and family law. After a year of working in South Florida, Mr. Firestone became licensed in New York and decided to begin his legal career in New York City.

​

Before attending law school, Mr. Firestone attended college at Tulane University, where he majored in Philosophy and Business and was a four-year letterman with the Men’s Track & Field team. The work ethic and competitiveness required to be a student-athlete have translated to Mr. Firestone’s professional career, where he brings these same qualities to his work.

​

Outside of practicing law, Mr. Firestone spends time in the winter competing as a member of the Team USA Skeleton Team. He hopes to achieve the rare combination of being both an attorney and Olympian.

Darly Airault   Lead Paralegal

Darly Airault is the firm’s lead Paralegal. She earned her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University, graduating Magna Cum laude in 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in the Criminal Justice field while working towards her Paralegal certification.  

 

Ms. Airault is a native Spanish speaker which is a skill she mastered during her time at St. John’s. She volunteered as a Spanish interpreter with the St. John’s Law school and the probono legal service, Queens Volunteer Lawyer’s Project. Her ability to multitask during her studies has provided her the ability to manage several areas of the firm. 

 

During Ms. Airault’s senior year, she began working with Gustman law as a legal assistant. With Mr. Gustman’s mentorship, she earned her current position as lead Paralegal. She directly supports the firm including discovery, review, and management of medical records, assistance with filings, and trial preparation.

 

Ms. Airault currently volunteers with the Safe Passage Project, helping immigrant children facing deportation. She has also begun to prepare for her LSAT and is looking forward to attending law school in the near future.

Danielle Falci Paralegal

Danielle Falci brings a strong foundation in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice studies to Gustman Law P.C. Danielle has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely dedicated to her role as a paralegal for Gustman Law P.C.

      

Danielle’s academic background, coupled with hands-on experience, has equipped her with valuable insights into legal processes. In her current position, Danielle excels in obtaining medical records, preparing legal documents, organizing files, managing office calendars, handling physical mail, and assisting with motion briefs and pleadings. Danielle’s commitment to efficiency and attention to detail ensures smooth operations and exceptional support for our legal team.

 

      Moving towards the future, Danielle is eager to deepen her understanding of the legal field by pursuing additional courses in legal studies. Danielle’s experiences as a paralegal have fueled her passion for the law, and she is committed to continuous learning and growth in this dynamic field. Danielle is excited to embark on this next chapter of her educational journey, expanding her skills and expertise to better serve our clients and contribute meaningfully to the legal profession.
