Nicole Aurelia Davis has been in the Legal Field for 17 years. She started her journey at the Berkman Law Office as a Legal Receptionist for 12 years. At Berkman Law Office she learned how to assist paralegals with intakes. Some of Nicole’s office duties were answering the telephones, processing mail and taking attendance for staff and the attorneys.

Nicole then worked at Pasternack, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton & Romano in the Brentwood, New York Office as a receptionist. She was a receptionist at Pasternack, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton & Romano for 3 years. During that time, she handled faxes, trained the new receptionists and helped the paralegals with their work.

Nicole then worked at Litchfield Cavo LLP for 1 year where she handled invoices. Nicole also answered the incoming phone calls and helped the legal secretaries.

Nicole met Mr. Gustman in 2018 during her lunch break. During that time Brian Gustman, Esq. was at his old office at 26 Court Street in Brooklyn, New York. Nicole gave Brian her resume.

Nicole chose to work in the field of law because that’s her passion. She started as a receptionist and now she is a Paralegal at Gustman Law P.C. She likes to interact with people both in person and on the phone. She has seen and helped handle cases from intake through settlement. Nicole sees herself working at Gustman Law, P.C. for many years to come and to eventually become the office manager.
